1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" refers to the depe4d website, mobile applications, and all associated gaming services accessible at https://depe4d.cam.
• "User," "You," or "Player" refers to any individual who registers an account and uses the depe4d platform.
• "We," "Us," or "depe4d" refers to the platform operator and service provider.
• "Account" refers to the personal gaming account created by a User on the depe4d platform.

• "Balance" refers to the funds available in your Account for wagering purposes.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the depe4d platform, creating an account, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policies. 3. Eligibility Requirements

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age. depe4d strictly prohibits underage gambling. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and accounts found to be held by individuals under 21 years old will be immediately suspended and any winnings forfeited.
• Geographic Restriction: You must be a resident of Indonesia and physically located within Indonesian territory when accessing the platform and placing wagers. Use of VPNs, proxies, or other methods to disguise your location is strictly prohibited.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indonesian law. You must not be subject to any legal restrictions that prohibit you from gambling.
• Single Account: Each person is permitted only one account on the depe4d platform. Creating multiple accounts (duplicate accounts) is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.
• Personal Use: Your account is for your personal use only. Accounts created on behalf of third parties, commercial use, or professional gambling operations are not permitted.

4. Account Registration

To access gaming services on depe4d, you must create a personal account by completing the registration process. Account registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address in Indonesia.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login information with any third party. All activities that occur under your account are your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify our customer support team immediately via live chat, WhatsApp, or email.

depe4d reserves the right to refuse account registration, suspend existing accounts, or terminate accounts at our discretion if we have reasonable grounds to believe that terms have been violated, fraudulent activity has occurred, or for any other legitimate business reason.

Account Verification (KYC)

As part of our commitment to security and regulatory compliance, depe4d implements a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit identification documents at the time of registration or before your first withdrawal. Acceptable documents include:

• Indonesian National Identity Card (Kartu Tanda Penduduk - KTP)
• Indonesian Driver's License (Surat Izin Mengemudi - SIM)
• Indonesian Passport
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement) dated within the last 3 months

All submitted documents must be clear, valid, and show your full name, date of birth, and photograph. Accounts that do not complete KYC verification within 30 days of the first withdrawal request may have their withdrawal privileges suspended until verification is completed.

5. Deposits and Payments

depe4d accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) through the following payment methods: major Indonesian banks including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and popular e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25,000 unless otherwise specified in promotional terms.

All deposits are processed in real-time and credited to your account balance immediately upon successful payment confirmation. depe4d does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees. You are responsible for ensuring that funds deposited into your depe4d account originate from legitimate sources and that you have legal authorization to use the payment method.

Deposit Limits

As part of our Responsible Gaming commitment, depe4d offers voluntary deposit limit tools. You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through your account settings. Once activated, deposit limits cannot be increased for 24 hours (cooling-off period). Decreases to deposit limits take effect immediately.

6. Withdrawals and Payouts

You may request withdrawal of your available account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions and requirements:

• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000 per transaction.
• Maximum Withdrawal: Standard accounts have a daily withdrawal limit of Rp 50,000,000. VIP tier members enjoy increased limits based on their loyalty status.
• Processing Time: Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 minutes during operating hours (07:00-22:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside operating hours are processed on the next business day.
• Verification Requirement: Your first withdrawal requires completion of KYC verification. Subsequent withdrawals to the same verified payment method do not require additional verification unless requested for security reasons.
• Payment Method: Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• Wagering Requirements: Deposits must be wagered at least once (1x rollover) before withdrawal. Bonus funds are subject to specific wagering requirements detailed in the applicable bonus terms.

Withdrawal Fees

depe4d does not charge withdrawal fees for amounts exceeding Rp 100,000. Withdrawals below Rp 100,000 incur a processing fee of Rp 5,000 to cover administrative and transaction costs.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

depe4d offers various bonuses and promotional offers to players, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback offers, loyalty rewards, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are clearly stated in each promotional offer. It is your responsibility to read and understand the terms of any bonus before claiming or using it.

General bonus terms include:

• Bonuses are available only to eligible players who meet the specified criteria (account status, deposit amount, game type, etc.).
• Bonus funds typically carry wagering requirements (rollover) that must be completed before conversion to withdrawable cash. Common wagering requirements range from 10x to 50x the bonus amount.
• Different games contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute 10-50%.
• Bonuses may have maximum bet restrictions while wagering requirements are active. Exceeding maximum bet limits may result in bonus forfeiture.
• Bonuses have expiration dates. Unused bonuses or incomplete wagering requirements after the expiration period result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Only one active bonus per account at a time unless otherwise specified. You must complete or forfeit an existing bonus before claiming a new one.
• depe4d reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

8. Gameplay Rules

When using depe4d gaming services, you agree to the following gameplay rules and standards:

• Fair Play: All games on depe4d use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealer equipment to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. You acknowledge that game results are determined by chance and that no strategy or system can guarantee wins.
• Game Rules: Each game has specific rules, paytables, and RTP (Return to Player) percentages displayed within the game interface. You are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing wagers.
• Bet Validity: A bet is considered valid and binding once it is accepted by the depe4d system and deducted from your account balance. In the event of technical errors, disconnections, or system malfunctions, depe4d reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stake amounts.
• Sports Betting: For sports betting markets, all bets are settled based on official results from the relevant sports governing body. Settlement rules for voided events, postponed matches, and disputed outcomes are outlined in our sports betting rules available on the platform.
• Lottery Games: For togel and other lottery-style games, draw results are based on official lottery outcomes from the respective markets (Singapore, Hongkong, Sydney, Macau). Results are final and cannot be disputed once officially announced and settled on the platform.

Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of system errors, incorrect odds display, software malfunctions, or other technical issues that affect gameplay or bet settlement, depe4d reserves the right to void affected bets, correct balances, and take any necessary action to remedy the situation. Players will be notified of significant errors affecting their accounts.

9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the depe4d platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of funds:

• Fraud and Cheating: Use of bots, automated betting software, collusion with other players, exploiting software bugs or errors, or any form of fraudulent activity intended to gain an unfair advantage.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating more than one account to circumvent deposit limits, claim multiple bonuses, or for any other purpose. Each player is permitted only one account.
• Underage Gambling: Providing false age information, using another person's identity to create an account, or allowing individuals under 21 years old to use your account.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform to launder money, transfer funds for illicit purposes, or engage in any form of financial crime.
• Offensive Behavior: Harassment, threats, abusive language, or inappropriate conduct toward other players or depe4d staff members in chat functions or communications.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematic exploitation of promotional offers, creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, or otherwise abusing the bonus system.
• Payment Fraud: Using stolen credit cards, unauthorized bank accounts, or fraudulent payment methods to deposit funds.
• Account Sharing: Allowing third parties to access or use your account, or using another person's account.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

depe4d reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in prohibited activities, or for any other legitimate business reason including but not limited to fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, or security concerns.

Upon account suspension or termination:

• Your access to the platform will be immediately restricted.
• Any pending bets will be settled according to standard rules.
• Legitimate account balances (excluding any bonus funds or winnings obtained through violation of terms) will be returned to you after completion of any necessary investigations.
• You will not be permitted to create a new account on the platform.

You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary account closure does not affect your obligation to comply with these Terms & Conditions regarding any prior activities on the platform.

11. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, depe4d and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, funds, or potential profits.
• Technical failures, system downtime, or service interruptions.
• Errors in game results, odds display, or bet settlement.
• Unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
• Actions taken by third-party payment providers or banks.
• Losses incurred due to your gambling activities.

Your use of the depe4d platform is at your own risk. The platform and all games are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that the platform will meet your specific requirements.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming industry standards and best practices.
